Hulk, who has endured numerous back surgeries in the past, is being treated at a local Clearwater, FL hospital. He did, however, take a video of himself in the hospital while explaining to fans that his back was having major muscle spasms. The pain was so bad that he couldn’t get out of bed Monday morning and his girlfriend had to call 911.
