The Nokia C7 is a Symbian^3 smartphone with a 3.5? 360 x 640 pixel AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display, 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and 720p HD video capture capabilities, 3.5G support, WiFi and GPS.
Nokia C7 Compared with the C6-01, the C7 is slimmer at just 10.5mm thickness, but has a larger footprint at 117mm tall and 57mm in width, but that in part is accounted for by the larger display. At 130 grams in weight, the C7 is a relatively heavy device. Even so, the Nokia C7 is still fairly pocket-friendly.
This is another capable multimedia smartphone from Nokia, supporting a wide variety of media formats that can be played back through the 3.5mm AV connector or a stereo Bluetooth headset. The Nokia C7 also has an FM radio, but in addition it has an FM transmitter which allows it to play back through a car or home stereo system without wires.
HSDPA downloads are supported with a maximum speed of 10.2Mbps, and HSUPA uploads of up to 2.0Mbps. The Nokia C7 also supports WiFi, including newer "N" networks. Talktime is quoted as being 5 hours on 3G with up to 27 days standby time, due mostly to the large 1200 mAh battery that is included.
The Nokia C7 has a useful 8GB of internal memory, plus a microSD slot which means that it can be expanded by a further 32GB. The Nokia C7 also comes with Bluetooth 3.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity. Nokia say that the C7 should be available during Q4 2010 in Charcoal Black, Frosty Metal and Mahogany Brown colour schemes for around €335 before tax and subsidy.
