Samsung Spinpoint MP4 hard disk drive for laptops comes with highest capacity. This 2.5-inch HDD offered in 250GB, 320GB, 500GB and 640GB capacities with 7200 rotations per minute (RPM), this high-density drives also support Serial ATA 3.0 interface. However, Samsung hasn’t released any price details for these new high-density drives for laptops.
