Denmark's elegant Princess Mary spent the day in London on Tuesday, attending not one, but three official events during each of which she displayed the elegance and poise for which she has become renowned.
Following a special luncheon at the Danish embassy in Sloane Square, Mary attended a ceremony during which it was announced which British students will be spending time in Denmark later this year when they attend the Bright Green Youth Climate Camp.
The selected children came face to face with the striking Danish royal when she handed out diplomas to the final group of eight who'll be representing Britain at the event in Sonderborg, Denmark, this summer. During the four-day event for 500 youths they'll help come up with ideas and suggestions to solve climate-related challenges.
In the evening the mum-of-two visited the Tate Modern art gallery (pictured), where she took in a new exhibition by one of Denmark's most acclaimed artists, Per Kirkeby - who accompanied the princess on a private tour of his work
