She also wants to block the court from awarding him any spousal support, although the pair reportedly remain on good terms. A source said, "They're still really close friends, and it was a very amicable divorce."
It is the second marriage split for Canadian actress Neve. She broke-up from her first husband Jeff Colt after three years of marriage in 1998. The 37-year-old Hollywood star met John on the set of "Investigating Sex" in 2005 and the pair have lived in London ever since, marrying in Malibu, California in May 2007.
Neve has recently completed filming "Scream 4", in which she reprises her character Sidney Prescott alongside Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers and David Arquette as Dewey Riley. A number of new stars, including Rory Culkin, Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere also star in the Wes Craven-directed project.
